PADI Scuba Diver

The PADI Scuba Diver Course is the first part of the PADI Open Water Course and can be completed in as little as two days.

The course covers the fundamental diving theory and in-water skills that will permit you to dive worldwide while accompanied by a PADI professional, to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

Following successful completion of the course it is possible to continue your education by upgrading to PADI Open Water Diver at any time.

Course Structure

Day 1 – Morning
Open Water Diver Videos Sections 1 – 3, Knowledge Development 1 – 3, and Quizzes

Day 1 – Afternoon
Confined Water Training – Pool Training 1 – 3

Day 2
Open Water Dives 1 & 2 (maximum depth 12 meters)

Congratulations – you are now a PADI Scuba Diver.

Please note that the course manual is required by PADI standards for participation in the course.

Medical Statement

All students are required to sign a PADI Medical Statement prior to starting the course. If the student has any of the medical conditions listed then signed clearance from a doctor, valid for 12 months from the date of signature will be required.
